Kinda Flagg

TXC Realty is led by Kinda Flagg, Broker/Owner, whose real estate career began after retiring from federal law enforcement in 2013.

Kinda became a licensed Texas real estate professional in 2015 and began working in property management in 2017.

Our team understands the unique rental markets we serve—from the highly seasonal leasing cycles surrounding Texas A&M University and the Brazos Valley to the growing single-family rental markets throughout Conroe, Montgomery County, and North Houston.

We provide professional tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, property inspections, maintenance coordination, accounting, and owner communication—all backed by experienced local management.

And when something requires the broker's attention, our owners have access to the broker.

In 2023, the company acquired an established property management portfolio of more than 60 homes. Today, TXC Realty manages 175+ rental properties while continuing to grow throughout the Brazos Valley, Conroe, Montgomery County, and North Houston markets.

That growth hasn't changed the philosophy behind the company: provide owners with experienced, accessible management while treating their properties as investments—not simply addresses in a portfolio.
