Kinda Flagg

Kinda Flagg is a real estate broker, property manager, and business owner with years of hands-on experience serving property owners, investors, and communities across Texas and Arizona. Backed by over 30 years of combined industry and management experience within the company, Kinda and her team are committed to helping owners protect and grow their real estate investments through proactive, investor-focused management.

After retiring from a career in law enforcement, Kinda transitioned into real estate with a passion for helping families and investors build long-term stability through real estate ownership.

After entering the real estate industry in 2015, Kinda quickly recognized that many investment properties were not being managed like true financial assets. Seeing the need for more hands-on, investor-focused management, her broker at the time encouraged her to start her own property management company and supported her through the process during her very first year as a licensed real estate agent.

In 2019, Kinda obtained her Broker’s license and began building a company centered on trust, communication, accountability, and long-term relationships. What started as a local Texas operation has grown into a multi-state real estate and property management company serving clients throughout Texas and Arizona.

As the owner of TXC Realty Property Management & HOA Services, Kinda has helped grow and manage a large portfolio of residential investment properties while expanding services to include full-service property management, HOA and community management, leasing, and real estate brokerage services. Known for a hands-on management style, Kinda believes investment properties should be treated as true assets — not side projects.

What makes TXC Realty Property Management & HOA Services unique is that it is truly family-built and family-driven. Alongside her husband, children, extended family, and dedicated team members, Kinda has created a company focused on service, relationships, and long-term growth. Together, they are building more than a business — they are building a legacy centered on helping families, investors, and communities succeed.

Kinda’s leadership style is built around transparency, responsiveness, and protecting owners’ investments. From routine inspections and proactive maintenance oversight to strong lease enforcement and investor-focused strategies, her goal has always been to maximize long-term value for clients while creating better experiences for residents and communities.

Today, Kinda continues expanding operations into Arizona’s West Valley while remaining deeply connected to the Bryan–College Station community. With her family beside her, she continues building a company focused not only on growth, but on creating long-term opportunities for families, investors, and future generations through real estate, service, and community leadership.
